Check for Hazard

Clean the Site

Use a broom, pressure washer or blow-out pump to clean the concrete surface before you begin installing the pipe bollard. Vacuum any water or debris that may be on site.

Make Concrete Base

If you want to install bolts on any surface outside the concrete, you need to create a concrete base. The minimum concrete is affected by the weather changes and the possibility of worsening less. Your pillar needs a stable platform that can only be provided by concrete. Please create a specific foundation according to the following steps:

· Pipeline of cutting base: The diameter of the pipeline must be equal to or greater than the column base. Cut the concrete base into the correct length, so when it is installed on the site, the top will be consistent with the surface of the finished product.

· Leave the landscape beautification space: When installing the decorative base in the garden area, leave enough space on the top of the current surface to add garden greening materials later. Discuss with your gardener to find out how much space is needed.

· Make concrete: Next, make concrete with water and concrete mixtures. Use the manufacturer’s instructions on the label as needed. The goal is to have a texture similar to plastic clay. Add half -gallon water to make the mixture a bit vague. Doing this will cause the concrete flow to smooth and fully packaged holes.

· Pour the concrete evenly on the base: fully fill the hole until its level and surface level.

· Anchor in the form of concrete: cover the bottom hole with tape, so the debris will not penetrate into the area. The anchor in the form of concrete is reduced. Continue to pour the concrete until the filling form and the surface level.

· Let concrete solidification: Allow two to three days before continuing solidification. If water or cool temperature, you may have to wait longer. After the curing period is completed, beautifying materials around the concrete form are required.
